Gerry is the Technical Director of ANSTO Synroc, an Australian technology that utilises HIP processing for the treatment of nuclear waste. As a materials scientist with 30 years of experience, his research has been focussed on the structure-function relationship of materials and their application in nuclear, medical and energy sectors.

Pranesh Dayal

Pranesh is a professional materials engineer with over 15 years of experience in the field of steel industry, advanced materials synthesis, materials characterization and nuclear industry. Currently he a member of ANSTO Synroc wasteform design team.
