Ovens are used in industry to dry metals, powders, wood and samples. Furnaces have similar uses to ovens and both are can be used for age testing. High temperature furnaces from 1100C to 1800C, which are good for nano technology.

Refrigerators are used in Medical, research and development labs to store samples, serums and vaccines. The Aerospace industry uses freezers to store epoxy.
